We have previously bought a vehicle from Landers and worked with Gary Wood. That vehicle turned out to be a lemon but Gary and Landers worked with us to get through the problem. Even when we visit this dealership for service on our other Dodge vehicles Mr. Wood is always very pleasant and friendly. He is like family and always there to help us. We came in and ask Mr. Wood to be on the look out for us a good used, economical vehicle. As always, he came through for us. He really listens and called to tell us he had the perfect vehicle for us and asked us to come take a look. We test drove vehicle, completed sale and paperwork, and vehicle was cleaned and prepped within a few hours. We have bought several vehicles over the years but have found that when dealing with Gary Wood and all of the good folks at Landers they have made the process pretty painless. Kudos to Gary Wood!!!!

My husband purchased his truck here and took it back to the service center to have a few things done that Landers had promised. He happened to see a vehicle he thought I may be interested in. I had no intentions on purchasing a new vehicle but after they dealt with my demanding self they ended up offering a deal so sweet I couldn't pass it up. I even got my windows tinted. I had previously visited another dealership with the anticipation of receiving the type of customer service I received at Landers. I told the sales associate his job was to keep me from looking anywhere else. The other dealership didn't understand what that meant . Oliver and Kevin did and consequently sold me a vehicle. Customer service during the sale is so important to making a decisions about where to buy a vehicle. I can get the same vehicle anywhere I shop I cannot get the same customer service. Also the after the sale customer service has been outstanding. There is no question my next vehicle purchase will be from Landers in Bentonville and I will recommend all of my friends go there as well.

This is my 5th vehicle purchase from Landers in the last 2 years. I started in April of 2011 with a used 2007 Ford F150. October of 2011 I brought my father in to get him a new truck and the staff was awesome and got us both in 2011 Dodge Ram's. Me the 1500 and him the 2500. Then in February of 2012 my wife and I got a 2011 Chrysler 300 C. October 2012 we decided that the 300 C wasn't for us. Brian and Steve worked amazing to help me get my new 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. (I LOVE THIS TRUCK!) As well I refer everyone I can to Landers. I have had 4 friends by their new vehicles at Landers. 1 a Jeep Patriot in 2011 1 a Ford Mustang in 2011 and his brother a 2011 Charger and lastly a 2013 Ford Mustang by another friend. The service department has been great as well. Always taking care of everything I need.

We had gone to two dealerships, Landers McLarty being one, in search of a Ford Transit Connect. The first dealership was friendly enough, but they didn't work with our financial situation. Then we went to Landers McLarty. We arrived with the idea that we could at least see what was in the area, but we would have to wait a few months for financing. After we'd looked at the Transit they had on their lot, and talked a little to Bobby Flippo, we left. A day later we got a phone call from the finance department. Jim Coggins had been on the phone all morning working out how to get us a credit line to buy the van. Besides giving us a good deal, he got us a lower interest rate than we'd expected. It was the perfect deal, and we couldn't have succeeded without Mr. Flippo and Mr. Coggins. We appreciate their hard work very much.

My great experience started over the phone, first with the internet salesman and then with Isaac. I had visited 4 other jeep dealers in my area, and though they too were nice, they couldn't help someone in my situation. After almost giving up hope I went online and was directed to Landers/Mclarty and after spending a day working with Isaac via phone, I made the 1.5 hour drive to Bentonville, and the trip was every bit worth it. I came home with exactly what I was looking for, a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Something is to be said about how I was treated by both Isaac and the Finance guy, because despite the volume of business they had that day they still managed to treat me as though I was a special customer and were constantly concerned with my comfort. I'm going to recommend this dealership, and Isaac to everyone I know.

I was visiting my daughter and she recomended that I talk to this dealership about trading my car as I had said I would like a Jeep Compass. She had recently purchased her car at this dealership and her husband had also purchased his truck from them. We had started a search for a new or used truck through the internet as well as visiting various dealerships. Typically, internet searches for vehicles are frustrating because nobody will post the prices for used trucks. It was refreshing to see that McLarty has seen the light. Having the price of a used vehicle prior to my visit to the dealership gave me the opportunity to do my research on it and ensure that the price was in line with the vehicles worth. In conjunction with my own investigations I sought out Oliver Mulcahy as he was referred to us by a friend. We found Oliver to be very honest, straight forward and informative. Most importantly he took the time to listen to our needs and did not try to "upsell" us. Ultimately he guided us to several options from a used and new vehicle standpoint. In all, I found the whole purchase process far less stressful than in years past and found Oliver to be an asset by providing information, options and direction which enabled us to make the best decision for us rather than having a salesman talks us into the best decision for the dealership. I would recommend McLarty to any and all looking for cars and trucks, especially with their lifetime powertrain warranty on used vehicles.

I really liked Jim. As I said in a different survey he was the best salesperson I have ever had when buying a car. He was very upfront and no pressure which is exactly what I like. He listened to our needs and concerns and gave advice when we ask for it.

Everyone was very courtesy and helpful. Brian came in, on his day off to facilitate the sale of this 2009 Silverado. I haven't dealt with a dealership since 2000, so dealing with Brian was refreshing and I thank him. I requested and read the CarFacts report on this Chevy pickup, but discovered on my own later, the hail damage on this vehicle was not mentioned. I don't believe those in sales knew, or the vehicle price would not have been at loan max.. Our 2004 F550 broke down in Bella Vista, called for a tow. The tow driver from Decatur towing brought us to you. We walked in and found a sweet kind red haired lady who took us to a very kind service man (?) who then led us to Jim W. salesman that helped patiently get us through the process of trading for a 2007 F550 Ford Diesel Dualy. It was a sad thing to have to do. But break downs happen no matter how good we care for our equipment. We had a car with us and the service man got it in for an oil change while all the above was going on. We like the truck very much, now have to learn all the new bells and whisels. Excellent experience with Landers Jeep! I spoke with Gary Tuesday afternoon and he was very personable individual! He allowed me to drive the vehicle that I was considering to purchase. I picked up my wife as she had never been in a Jeep and we drove it a bit together. I committed to purchase based on the price we agreed to and we set an appointment to fit our schedules. On that following Friday as I arrived for my appointment, the vehicle was in front of the dealership, looking brand new and ready for me to take it as my own. Again, Gary had prepared everything for the deal, walked us thru all the paperwork and then took us thru all the specialties fo the Jeep Wrangler. Gary was outstanding! Made the process so simple and then was even more knowledgable about the vehicle as he assisted us with setting everything up (blue tooth, radio, satelite, etc). I would definitely deal with Gary in the future with anything I need as well as promote him to anyone that may be looking for a new vehicle. THANKS for the good experience!
